Drawing from a holistic approach to wellness, Nicole integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques with mindfulness practices, expressive arts, and somatic awareness to promote healing of the mind, body, and spirit. By addressing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical well-being, she helps clients gain self-awareness and cultivate resilience.
Nicole is a compassionate and empathetic therapist specializing in supporting individuals through life transitions, trauma recovery, and personal development. She strives to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences and works from the belief that therapy is a collaborative process, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and non-judgment. Through active listening, empathetic understanding, and personalized interventions, Nicole supports clients in identifying their strengths, navigating challenges, and realizing their full potential.
Nicole has experience working with both children and adults with Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use, Trauma, ADHD, OCD, and Autism. She is currently accepting new clients ages 5+ at both our North & West Hills locations for in-person and virtual appointments.
