Taylor is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a partially trained EMDR therapist, with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Pennsylvania Western University.
With experience in both in-person and telehealth settings, Taylor is committed to providing a supportive and empowering space for adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating life’s challenges. She specializes in trauma, addiction recovery, anxiety, and stress management, with a strong focus on working with individuals ages 10 and up.
Taylor meets clients where they are with a person-centered and collaborative approach, helping them build resilience, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth. She utilizes evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-focused interventions,
Taylor tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs. Through a blend of professional expertise and genuine compassion, she fosters a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, manage perfectionism, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships. By creating a space for healing and self-discovery, Taylor supports clients in embracing their strengths and working toward meaningful, lasting change.
