Jaclyn works with children 4+, teens, adults, and families. She predominantly employs person-centered, play and art therapy techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). These methods serve to connect with the client in a safe and empathetic environment. The goal of these therapeutic methods is to aid clients in recognizing their strengths and how thought patterns can impact behaviors, as well as identifying and practicing coping skills.
